Getting Started
How does Cloud Cards work?
You create a free profile, customize it with your links and info, then share via NFC tap, QR scan, or direct link. When you buy a physical card, it's programmed to open your profile instantly.
Do I need a subscription to use my NFC card?
No. Your card works with basic features without a subscription. Premium features like analytics require an active subscription.
What phones work with NFC cards?
All modern iPhones (XS and newer) and most Android phones with NFC support. The recipient doesn't need any app installed.
How do I share my profile without a physical card?
You can share your profile via QR code or direct link. Every Cloud Cards profile has a unique URL that you can share anywhere.

What's included with a card purchase?
An NFC-enabled card, lifetime card updates, and 6 months of Premium features included ($30 value).
Can I update my card information?
Yes. Your digital profile updates instantly. No need to reprint or reprogram your physical card.
What's the difference between Standard and Custom Design cards?
Standard cards ($40) feature our premium Cloud Cards design. Custom Design cards (from $50) let you upload your own artwork or work with our team to create a unique design.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the US. Custom design cards may take an additional 3-5 business days for production.
Pricing & Subscriptions
Is there a free tier?
Yes. The Free tier includes a basic profile, up to 5 links, up to 2 document uploads, and email support. You can use it indefinitely.
How does the 6-month free trial work?
When you purchase a card, you get 6 months of Premium features included. After the trial, your subscription continues at $5/month unless canceled.
Can I subscribe without buying a card?
Yes. You can subscribe to Premium ($5/month) without purchasing a physical card. The card purchase simply includes 6 months of Premium as a bonus.
What's included in the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise (from $50/month) includes team management, advanced analytics, CRM integrations, bulk user operations, and dedicated support.

What analytics are available?
Premium and Enterprise plans include profile views, link clicks, geographic data, device types, and engagement trends over time.
What is lead capture?
Lead capture lets visitors submit their contact info through your profile. You can collect leads at events and follow up later.
Can I add documents to my profile?
Yes. Free users can upload up to 2 files. Premium and Enterprise users can upload unlimited documents with secure sharing.
Can I use a custom domain?
Custom domain support is available on Premium and Enterprise plans. Contact support for setup assistance.

How does team management work?
Enterprise admins can create and manage user profiles, set permissions, apply consistent branding, and view team-wide analytics.
